or drop files here
PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP. Up to 10 MB each.
Reading runs through our AI providers (OpenAI, Google), under contracts that bar training on your data. They may hold it briefly for abuse checks, then delete it. How your file is handled
Turn a Schedule K-1 into a spreadsheet in seconds. Drop the PDF or a photo, and every box your partnership or S corporation printed comes back as a column you can keep as Excel, CSV or JSON. Free, no account, and we store nothing.
- Every box as a column, numbers as printed
- We store nothing. Read once, then discarded
- The same reader our tax software uses
Every box. Same numbers.
Convert K-1s online for free and keep the numbers exactly as printed. One row per form, ready for your own workbook or your accountant.
Fast Schedule K-1 reading
Drop a Schedule K-1 and the boxes come back in seconds, every one a column. It works on Mac, Windows, Linux, iPhone and Android, with nothing to install.

Same numbers, as printed
Numbers are copied exactly as your partnership or S corporation printed them. Blank boxes stay blank and nothing is estimated or filled in. Take the result as Excel, CSV or JSON.
Private by construction
An AI reads the form once, in memory, then it is discarded. We keep neither the file, the numbers nor the name on it, and your SSN never lands in the table. On digital PDFs it is stripped before the AI reads.
How to convert a Schedule K-1 to Excel for free
- 1Drag and drop your Schedule K-1 into the free converter above, or choose the files.
- 2Pick the format you want: Excel, CSV or JSON. Then tap Convert.
- 3Check each row against the paper. Fix anything the scan hid, or retry a page.
- 4Download the sheet, or hand the same forms over and start your return.
Everything you need in a Schedule K-1 converter
Convert immediately, no install
Everything runs in the browser. No download, no sign-up, no learning curve. Drop the form and take the sheet.
Any device, any scan
Desktop, tablet or phone. A clear photo of the paper form reads as well as the PDF your issuer sent.
Many forms at once
Drop a whole folder. Every form becomes its own row, so the sheet already totals the way the return does.
We store nothing
The file is read once, in memory, and discarded. The table lives in this tab; close it and it is gone.
No Social Security numbers
No converter here has an SSN column, and the reader is built so it cannot return one.
The same reader as the return
This is the exact reading step our tax software runs. What it reads here is what a return would be built from.

Yes. Drop as many K-1s as you have and take the result as Excel, CSV or JSON. No account, no trial, no watermark. There is a fair-use limit of 200 files a day per connection.
No. The file is read once, in memory, and discarded. We keep neither the file, the numbers, nor the name on it. The table you see lives in this browser tab and nowhere else; close the tab and it is gone.
Yes, and it's the point: an AI reads the boxes so you don't type them. It's bounded — your form is read once, in memory, then discarded; we store no file, numbers, or name. The read runs through our AI providers (OpenAI, Google) under contracts that bar training on your data; they may keep it briefly (up to about 30 days) for abuse monitoring, then delete it. See how your file is handled on our security page.
We never put your SSN in the spreadsheet, and the reader cannot return one — no converter here has an SSN column. On a digital PDF we also strip the SSN before the AI reads it. On a photo, the AI sees the page you send, but nothing is kept and the number never reaches the table. Your partnership or S corporation's identification number is left off the same way.
The reader is an AI model checked against the form's printed layout, the same reader our tax software uses when it builds a return. It copies numbers as printed and leaves blank boxes blank. Check the numbers against the paper; a cropped or blurry scan is the usual cause of a miss.
PDF, JPG, PNG and WebP, up to 10 MB each. A clear phone photo of a paper Schedule K-1 reads fine; the PDF your partnership or S corporation sent reads best.
Whatever you need: give it to your accountant, paste it into your own workbook, or skip the spreadsheet and start a return here, where the same K-1s become the filled-in forms you print and mail.
Part I entity name, EIN and type (partnership or S corporation), then Part III: Box 1 ordinary income, Box 2 rental income, Box 5 interest, Boxes 6a and 6b dividends, and the capital gain boxes where printed.
No. The attached statements (Section 199A, basis, state apportionment) stay as paper. The converter reads the face of the K-1; the return asks about the rest.
